I am not much for strict recipes, but I do love to experiment with my own healthy “concoctions”. Homemade Orange Mango Sorbet is my favorite, super easy treat!
Here are the basic steps:
- Add about 1/2 – 3/4 cup of Frozen Mango chunks to a mini-blender (the type you see on infomercials.
- Top with enough orange juice to cover
- If you are feeling adventurous, add a splash of Peachtree Schnapps or lime juice
- Then pulse the blender cup until the mixture is pureed
This little snack is loaded with Vitamins C and A, and it tastes rich but it is naturally fat free. ENJOY!
